Club Affiliation

Welcome to the GBSA club affiliation form. Please fill out the below form and send the request to affiliate a club with GBSA. On completion a member of the team will be in contact.

Club Affiliation rules

To start the process of being afilated to GBSA, please complete the below online form. It is mandatory for the clubs to have the below roles filled:
  • Chairperson
  • Safeguarding Lead
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Club Admin

Supporting Documents

Clubs should submit their Club Rules, Complaints Procedure, Data Protection and Privacy Policy and proof of public libaility insurance along with all items named as "Accept and sign" to office@gbskateartistic.co.uk. Once these all these have been received and agreed affiliation will be approved. The below specimens can be used as a guide to support the process.
